polaris world refunds

Thought i would start a thread for those that are happy here and want to share their positive experiences. This is not a dig at those who are not happy and wish they never bought as i do sympathise, honestly.

I have been really happy with Taray, the house is excellent quality and the customer service has been wonderful. Helder has been very good in sorting out any problems not that there has been many and if there has they have been minor. Jose the on site builder is always around and answers any queries i have about the development.

The school is fantastic.

The outdoor village pool is the best in the region.

the village is expanding, we have a new cafe, a spanish bar and a fantastic new restaurant and more to come.

if i ever get lost our mountain cabeza Gordo is big enough to help me find my way home!!!

This summer we have not stopped with endless great things to do, places to visit, there is so much to do and discover, quality of life is fantastic!!!

i know not everyone will agree but i hope this thread stays as titled!!!

hi    thanks i no you were not getting at me we all have bad day and what a bad day that was i am glad i have bought always know builder is good parador not so good and every one on site  has given me good imformation thanks to you all  shani

glad you are feeling better. im sure we have all had some wobbly moments. Its great here, good luck on completing soon

We too are very happy we bought here. We love our life in Spain so far.  Our house is exactly as we want it and is home already. The neighbours we have are lovely and are all happy with their homes too. 

I'm sure that by the time the site is complete - and I have no doubts - all of the people who are so anti-Taray at the moment will be happy with their homes too. And if they're not then I just hope they don't live close to me. Whiners I can live without.

We have bought on phase 2 and we are HAPPY we bought, its so nice to hear some positive things.

We can't wait to start living the the dream and meeting new friends and starting a new life in Spain.

Hi all,
We bought on phase 5 (plot 56) in June and live here permanently we are very pleased with our new home in the sun. Our house is on the inside at the end of the walkway the garden is now finished and looks lovely the two guys that did all the work for us were brilliant. 

It's another beautifull sunny day and we have just had brunch cooked outside what a wonderfull life

Another great day at our local beach on the Mar menor. we hired a little boat with an attached slide for the kids to have fun..... up down up down into the sea they went having a fabulous time, had a little picnic on the boat followed by a mud bath in the famous Lo pagan muds and thats just a typical summers sunday. Weather perfect, the sea crystal clear and only spent 10 euros all day. Quality of life............ fantastic!!!!

You tight thing Tina only spent 10 euro on you lovely kids, wait till your hubby comes back I'll tell him. It's good to be back in the sun again  and out of the UK L & P

PSM ..........its always good to keep pennies in the bank for emergencies. you never know when your kid will stuff stones into the cogs of your electric gate and bust it. i shall make the repair man a special cup of tea with the finest biscuits and hope he keeps the bill as low as possible.  Perhaps a mini skirt also!!!

On another positive note to match the thread title i have found the health service here amazing. You ring up at 9am and seen by 10am. Absolute magic. And for those who dont know San cayetano now has a childrens doctor in once a week as before kids went to Balsicas. All seems to be moving int the right direction. This really is the happy happy thread!!!!! im so happy in this thread i could go skipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We only have holidays to look forward to (still being in the UK) so you make me jealous.!!

But keep up the happy stuff as well as the threads for owners' concerns.

Tina Solera - you make me laugh.!!!! I have a mental image of you skipping away merrily.

Looking through this thread you have too much time to spend Tina, well it will all change as the boss come home to day!

Anyway all you waiting to come out to us do not believe the doom and gloom people on this site some do not even live in San Cayetano and don't have a investment to speak about they are just trouble makers one person that uses this page left a rented property before and di not complete at Xmas as they made so much trouble they ended up with no one to speak to.

Really feel happy reading all the positive emails today especially now that I am back in the UK and cannot get warm.

I have just returned from 9 glorious days in San Cayetano and we all had a lovely time.  Everytime I go I find new delights to visit and the most beautiful beaches!  Unfortunately I am not retired yet so cannot pack up my bags and move out there - shame!  Being able to eat outside is such a delight - something we have not been able to do in the UK this summer.

Received a lot of very positive vibes from the lady in the Taray office and, as some of you say, things are certainly improving each time i go out.  Used the pool by the flats this time which we all enjoyed.  Helder, as usual, a positive delight to deal with and a great help.  

All of you already living in San Cayetano enjoy - we certainly did!

I haven't been on EOS for a few days (working hard in the doom & gloom of the UK) & am delighted to see such a happy posting for a change.

We love San Cayetano !!!!!!!

Can't wait to be back & wish we could spend more time over there.

We love our house & Taray are great to deal with. The build quality is excellent & everyone who works for Taray has been very helpful. We couldn't have chosen a better builder!!!!

Food is cheaper. Entertainment is cheaper. The weather is better, The people are friendlier.

What are we still doing over here??????

Lets get rid of the doom and gloom we all have had enough if you cannot be helpful and positive don't come to San Cayetano we are all great weather is cooling down a little but still we can eat alfresco yes still no pool but it will come all the jobs around the site are slowly getting done slowly is why we came to Spain anyway see you when you come over again let us all know

We're heading over to complete in a couple of weeks. This has really brightened up my day reading this thread

The Cartegena Roman festival is on at the mo in the football stadium.... its brilliant, fully recommend but be warned it starts getting busy around 11pm and finishes around 5am.... proper spanish style!!!

Los alcazares festivals start the 8th Oct and Torre Pacheaco soon also. There is so much to do here im all dizzy!!!!!
