We are depositors for this development and have been trying to decide whether to pull out of the contract. We heard today from IAP in spain that the building work has been halted and have been offered alternative properties. Our spanish solicitors were recommended by IAP but wonder if we need to get completely independent ones to take this matter to Court [we have been told that the only way to recover the deposit is through a lenthy court process] We only found this site today and wish we had found it months ago... What do you who have started this process recommend about a new solicitor? Also is a group claim still open to new members or has it gone too far for that? We are happy to email privately so to keep resonses as out of the "public eye"
