We are also concerned regarding the purchase of these properties through IAP.
We have visited the show apartment (before any work commenced on site) which looked impressive but were very concerned regarding the massive amount of local residential development which would make letting these apartments extremely difficult, thus generating insufficient funds to be self financing.
We would be interested in becoming members of your group and would be willing to part contribute in employing a specialist solicitor in this field to establish the various options available.
