My husband and I visited the site in October. No construction has started yet and apart from the constructed show flat there was only one digger on site. No site cabins or sign of work at all. I cannot believe that this site will be complete in October 2007. I look forward to hearing from other owners.

I have spoken to my agent and he informs me that he has contacted the developers and they insist that the whole development finish date of September 2007 is on target. I have asked him to get me some photos ASAP when i get them i will upload them to this site.

We visited the site in Oct 2006 and there was very little activity taking place, however that is not to say that the development can not be completed on time.

Has anyone been to the site or seen any photos of the proposed development. I keep being promised updates but not getting any. I cannot see this project being finished in March 2008.

We received a photo of what a typical place would look like - but didnt really show much - haven't had any updates recently - Still assuming March 08 with fingers crossed - Anyone had any updates on expected values of the properties?

Have been advised today (April 2nd) that the delay was due to the Junta Valencia suspending the building license until they had re-checked the documentation. Building of the infra structure has re-commenced and it is expected that building of the properties will start in a couple of months. IAPS have advise that they have visited the site and will shortly put together a report with photos etc.
