Hi All phase 2 purchasers

We've had a letter inviting us to a meeting on 26th May, We won't be able to attend as we are still in the UK and can't fly over for the day.

Is anyone going to attend and is anyone prepared to put themselves forward for the positions of President, Secretary, etc?

Can anybody on phase 1 explain what is involved and if it's worth us trying to get over for future meetings?

Thanks for the reply.

The problem is that you have to enter 2 sets of digits into seperate boxes, 1 box requires 8 digits, but there are only 6 on the card, and the second box requires 4 digits and there are 6 on the fob.

I've tried different combinations but you only get 3 attempts before the card gets locked, this happened but I've been told that it has been unlocked.

Unfortunately there are no printed instructions available in English yet.

Does anyone use Caixa Galicia for on line banking?

We have been sent all of the cards and PINs but the instructions are in Spanish, we've been on the website and tried to follow the demo but it doesn't help, also spoke to someone at the bank but still not sorted.

If anyone has used it successfully would you please PM me?

Be really good if this happens. We have just completed on phase 2 and have already managed to get some rentals on our house so hopefully this will increase our rentals and make Murcia the place people want to come to.

Just like to say a belated thank you to Harry & Ann for all of the effort and hard work that they put in to furnishing our house, they had a deadline to meet, as we were coming over for the weekend on 28th Jan, and they met it, and the results were fantastic.

For anyone who is completing and isn't sure about whether to get their own furniture or not, have a word with them, it takes out all of the stress and running around wasting your own holiday time.
