Just uploaded a few photo's of apartment on garden 7. Coming along nicely grass a bit greener, pool and playground finished and just a short hop to the bar and sports area

Your apartment looks great you must be really pleased with it.  Thanks for posting the photo of the guttering and I am with you and getting it done as soon as possible.  It's alright people saying Polaris should do it but in the meantime our outside lights are soaked and ruined and a dirty stain is forming down the wall let alone our patio and furniture...........!!!

The beach juicy is asking about is looking down on one of the 2 Bol Nuevo beaches. It really is a gorgeous small spanish seaside resort which we fell in love with immediately!

Beach is Playa de Bolnuevo, its about 20 mins drive, it's a lovely beach and further around the coast is a nudist beach, so if you want to let it all hang out this is the place to go lol!

I just bought sofa on Saturday and they delivered Sat night, bought from Muebles Gallego in the town of Mazarron and I bought TV unit from furniture direct in Pilar de Hoarado, I bought it from a catalogue, was really pleased with it, Gallego might have something similar as we were only looking at sofa's didn't notice any units. They also do air conitioning, waiting on price.

Yes hard work all weekend, still a lot to do, lights, aircon etc, and was left short of a single bed, still trying to get in touch with supplier, but coming together. Place is really looking great, can't wait to go back in October to do a few more bits.

Hi Margaret,
                      The guttering does not look too bad actually and I think realistically it is the only practical solution. I freely admit to being one of the main critics of the way Polaris have discounted the effect of the upper appartments draining to the patio of the apartment below. I can understand you getting it done but I still feel that this is something Polaris should sort out though. I am quite happy to give them credit where it is due as you might note from my previous postings, but a five year old child could have forseen the problems of that design !  What sort of archtectect designs a system like that ?? There are going to be a mighty lot of owners in the same position but not all will select the same solution - how pretty will that look. If the penthouses have the same system the effect of it will be compounded x 3 in their case. It has been stated that this is standard design in Spain but there is a subtle difference at La Torre - the balconies of the apartments there all stack directly above one another and drain outlet just runs out onto the gardens below.

            I know where you are coming from with your stained wall (mine's the same) and potential hazard with water over the light but I wouldn't think you would put your patio furniture anywhere near the outlet for now ...... would you ?

                                Pics look great Jardin coming along fine was out last month completing and can see a difference in the grass already.Back out next month to relax furniture air-con etc all boxed off.We are J735 nice to hear from some neighbours.
