Not sure a brochure is the best approach - most successful seems to be internet now a days.
A lot of people will probably rent to people they know, there is already a number of established professional rents in the resort - Richard Clarke/Guardian Angels etc.
Not sure about you, but a lot of English people at home don't really know about Almeria and places such as San Juan but it is getting increasingly popular as people go once, see how lovely it is and come back.
Enjoy your time in the resort, it really is beautiful isn't it.
