legal advice

Hi All
As a regular reader to this site,this is the first time i have used it to seek advice.I am considering purchasing a villa on the finca parcs developement.After reading comments by other members regarding lawyers .I get the impression i should  have a lawyer independent of the builders recommendation .Can anyone purchasing on this developement recommend anyone who is familiar with the developement.(preferabley english speaking) hope you can help)

Hi we are with CRIS-FUSTER & ASSOCIATES whilst they are independant of the developer they are a recommendation from Town & Country. We have a fixed price deal and to date they have been very efficiient. They are a big company, english speaking with a UK arm in the North East. 

Thus far I would have no problem with recommending them.
