Hi everyone

Does anyone have any more recent piccies than those currently posted? I am on phase 4 but eager to keep tabs on progress but can only get out every six months or so, so all piccies are very much appreciated.

Hello dbaile732 and everyone,

I have received some photos of the site today although they were taken last month.  They are fantastic aerial views of Las Higuericas and the nearby Lake Camarillas.  No one else has a 'garden pond' quite like it.  I have uploaded them for you.  Furniture pictures taken in the showhouse earlier this week will follow shortly.

I have spoken to Gill at Cleyton Ges earlier today and she hopes to get the latest Progress Report to everyone by the end of the week.  Unfortunately, Gill is having problems with her computer at the moment so it will be sent to you all as soon as possible.

I have been informed that the roads on Phase 1 have started to be tarmaced this week.  Good news there!!!  Also, just to remind you I will be available for appointments on site from the 1st August.

Hello again,

As promised, more photos have been uploaded of the Showhouse complete with furniture and of the roads being surfaced.  There are three sets to view as we couldnt upload all nine at once.

WHere and how do you see photos

Hi Finca2009,

At the top of your screen under the part that says 'eye on spain' there is a row of words, forums, photos, blogs etc.  Click on Photos (you should automatically be subscribed to finca parcs photos) and then click 'view photos'.  Thats it, its easy.  Good luck!!

Just to let you all know that we are now up and running again in Spain. We are due to make a site visit tomorrow 6th Aug and will try to get some new pictures of the site and the rest of the show houses. Our computers seem to be running in Spanish mode at the moment ( slow ) but all being well we should have the pics on here for you in the next couple of days. Hi Everyone,

I have just posted some more photos of Las Higuericas taken earlier today.  There is loads of work going on with workers spread all over the site.   You will see from the photos that all the showhouses are making good progress and all have the exterior Monocape finished.

After all the delays that we have witnessed it is very interresting to see the steady progress now being made. 
Does anyone have an idea of how far behind plan the development is?
Also does anyone know when the site was actually granted its local building licence?
Personally i can not wait to get the keys to our property and move in- but patience is certainly a virtue with this development.
Having just read that another large developer, Fadesa, has just gone into administration i really hope that this will not happen to us as well as the spanish property market seems to be in a steady decline.

Hi Terry,  with reference to licenses for the site if you contact your lawyer they will have copies of all of the licenses for the site and properties. The site is coming on well now, we have been making regular visits over the past couple of weeks meeting up with clients etc etc and can see a big difference. We are optimistic and hope to be in our property sometime during October all being well, this is a couple of months later than we expected, still at least there is plenty of activity on site.  We are currently living and based in Hellin so able to keep a good eye on things now. !!  Luckily for us many of the clients have puchased their properties to either live in now or retire within the next couple of years so hopefully we will not be effected to the same extent as the second holiday home market on the coast.  This is a fantastic area to live in so much to see and do and the children love it too.  Hang on in there,  we are nearly there at last !!
