I love cats, dogs and horses. I have had pets all of my life BUT when I was over last week their was a great big dog that barked all day, every day. It was on Jardin 11. After that experience, I hope my neighbours-to-be don't have similar. Most people will be seeking to either rent out their apartments or go there for a quiet, relaxing time. Sadly, this may not be the case. The kids'play area as a giant litter tray is a very likely scenario. Again, I love cats, but do worry about this.
