I tonight have been banned from santanadelmonte site  WHY?  no email saying why.  Maybe its because i said a..e (not typed the word just as it reads there) no reason given, no email to say why.   Maybe i didnt approve of what they were saying. Or is it that i said i support SARC.   I
thought we were all adults, but looks like we have a lot of small minded people on these sites.  Take JA FOR ONE  she is all nicey nicey on the other site but on this one WELL WE ALL KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT ONE, Then you have briando who goes on and on ,  Honestly none you of you know nothing and wont influence anything. Its down to the judge and what mood he is in on the day  I WANT MY HOUSES IF NOT SOME MONEY BACK., you lot keep bleating on and on, didnt you go into this with your eyes open? or was it the great prices and great investments you saw and not the risks? SARC are trying to do something about it , what are you other wingers doing? Im prepared to say rightly or wronly im with SARC. 

It seems that some sites ban those for have one opinion, while athers for another opinion.
Only thing I can suggest is keep with your opinion and protect your back at all times. There does seem to be many out there with knives.
What I can't agree with are your comments on the two posters. They are entitled to their opinions and state what they believe and where they want, and go on about it if they wish. Remember, the IWMH lot also go on a bit, although many don't agree with them.

FIN  yes i agree  but do they ever say anything other than critises, i did at one point agree and thinkthat there is a good dialoge going on then all of a sudden its shoot the ba...ds time.   I dont agree with all that Tont and Brian are doing but cant be bothered to do anything myself. So these guys give up their time and money to chase their cause.  Myself i was prepared to loose everything because i knew it mat go t..s up altho i didnt expect the credit crunch.(Ansd no i dont want to loose my money but i knew it was a gamble)  my brother in law brought 1 aswell on my say so  now i have to try and sort him out aswell.  But then things could be worse (I THINK)

Tony   if that is the reason then just goes to show how sad some people are.   I delibertly made a point that i was with you on it as you dont seem to get much support. and i can see why some decide not too and why should they, when you get shot down all the time. Keep up the good work.   As some would say im not in the real world ,  but (as you i think)i have a solicitor to try and get my money if all goes wrong.  NOTHING WRONG IN THAT IS THERE?

Barring posters is often a way of steering the forum to the requirements of the site owner. They are unlikely to want criticism of an advertiser for instance. If you assume they have a website design company, and have clients are promoters. Would they want them criticised, if they allow it, they wouldn't have that client for long.
It is unfortunate because you often do not get a balanced opinion.

JA   YOU DONT KNOW ME, SO DONT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS. im far from being  a fool.  Just  because i keep my options open that makes me a fool.   Altho wouldnt expect any thing else from you really.  Tho if we were on the other forum you would be really nice as you wouldnt want to get banned or is it a different JA on there.

GAL    yes i know who else has been banned,  real shame as the imput from them and yourself was so important.  Wih Anna tho. there has been no explaination or reason.  Not even a warning so you have to read in to it what you will shame.

Also a shame how this forum is going aswell, best thing is to keep your head down hehehehe  Good luck to you.

We all have enough grief at the moment without giving each other any more.
The last month this site has been dire. The same people constantly posting remarks about each other, instead of information about the position we are in. Obviously we all have different circumstances so our opinions will differ. Let's just discuss the information in the post and not get personal about the poster. People are deciding not to post at all because of the constant and childish bickering.  We may need each other in the future and we must remember that.

If it wasn't for the bickering, I shouldn't think there would be many postings as there is no news and unlikely to be so for a while, until the Administrators have done their work and have obtained all facts, evidence and statistics.

Anna doesnt make money on her site as you know. It actually costs her money and time and she does this for the benefit of all. She has continued with it at he own cost. To tell her to 'stop bleating' was completely disrespectful when all she was trying to do was warn people that the judge will only interevene following litigation and not before. Regardless of your view being different you were out of order and your comment upset her..and no Tony it was not because malc was a member of sarc.

Linda, you know very well that you and Darren were both banned for using the Pm facility on the forum to tell lies about other busnesses on there such as steves and colins and stir trouble for them and damage any future business they may have. You were warned  believe on three different occassions and continued so Anna really wasnt left with any choice.Really wasnt worth it for you as  because you were shown to be thoroughly horrible and sneaky people and there will not be a business there anyway. Even now you are bitter and nasty

If the last post is correct, can you enlighten us as to how people have find out who has been banned and why. The reasons, surely, should be confidential between the admin and the member?

Lincoln  not sure how you know so much.  As nothing was directed at Anna.  Stop bleating was aimed at everyone in general. Maybe anna was the post before mine but im not stupid to aim a comment like that at her. Maybe tho if she felt it was then maybe she must have felt she was bleating.  Ive also had a lot of time for her and have always got on with her. Atleast the others had warnings and explanations.  It does seem that site is getting more anti sarc. tho doesnt it?  I said how i felt reading those post always critising what sarc. are trying to do. Not many are prepared to back them, now we know why they get banned.

Lincoln is talking absolute b*llocks. I did not use the PM system to abuse other peoples businesses or them personally, in fact it was i that was being abused and reported it to anna for being done so....if i remember correctly, i reported one member and used the word 'purile' to describe him......hardly worth a ban i think. If the world wants to know, i 'think' as i was never told, that i was banned for having an arguement with the administrators husband at a Get-together and for blanking the pair of them for the rest of the evening. Following morning I had no access to the site.

as for Colin & Steve.......I have a lot of respect for Colin & Helena and it's funny that I've kept in contact with Steve although I was suppose to have slated his business, all the World know's there is more than enough business across Spain for all to partake in and again, I'd like those if they could to stand up and say I've actually aided some in setting up there own businesses out there...or for some at least helped with suggestions on what and how to achieve some employment....so please do not go on about how we have upset anna's feelings. 

And whilst you want to attack us, ask the question then why it was the administrators had to come online under psuedo members names and rip into our business. i vowed i would never go public with this info because i thought it was between two people and a pure clash of personalities however, Lincoln, whoever you are, and you must be close to the administrator, you have enough info or knowledge shared with you as to why we are so-called banned which surely says then that the administrator is unable to keep anything in confideniality. And as for being bitter and nasty, I have re-read Linda's post and all she has stated is she knows or two other members that had been banned, how in any way is that attacking someone..............?

So in closing Lincoln, i am in spain.....are you?, I have a property in Spain.....do you?, I have a successful business in Spain (in fact two)......do you?, I dont need Anna's forum....do you?. It's people like you that make me stay off of these forums, up until now i kept my head and steered away from being dragged into this, even though Linda may have posted her feelings, they weren't mine yet you still chose to drag me into it, well done, you must be proud......and purile !

Darren   Maybe we could start a club of banned people, share our information for banned members only. hehehe   Seriously tho. one of us banned members may have info that nonelse has access to, we wont beable/maybe choose not to share it with others now that is a shame but then they chose to ban us.
