I actually got told by some of the owners you tried to slander other buinesses to not by the moderator at all. No doubt many of the people reading this know it is true by the comments you have made to them. Although your answer tells me at I am exactly right in my allegation as you have not denied anything just said that the moderator shouldnt have read . Therefore I think you should look to yourself for reasons why you were banned.

As for making money. Who exactly would this money be made from? My understanding was the only people who paid for advertising were the people who were opening property maintenance companies. I believe they paid £100 quid each for a year  - so  total of £300 which no where near covers the costs of a site like that for a total of three years. The charge was not to make money but to assist in the development of the site or everyones benefit. This was made common knowledge and was posted on this site months ago. Infact no further request was ever made to the businesses in question after the first year as it was not appropriate given the stoppage of building etc and the inability of the site to develop for their benefit.

So malc go stick it. No doubt the reason why you annoyed the moderator so much is precisely because she is spending so much time on running the site and the site is costing her money on top. No doubt she wonders why she bothers with people like you giving her s***

Anna doesnt make money on her site as you know. It actually costs her money and time and she does this for the benefit of all. She has continued with it at he own cost. To tell her to 'stop bleating' was completely disrespectful when all she was trying to do was warn people that the judge will only interevene following litigation and not before. Regardless of your view being different you were out of order and your comment upset her..and no Tony it was not because malc was a member of sarc.

Linda, you know very well that you and Darren were both banned for using the Pm facility on the forum to tell lies about other busnesses on there such as steves and colins and stir trouble for them and damage any future business they may have. You were warned  believe on three different occassions and continued so Anna really wasnt left with any choice.Really wasnt worth it for you as  because you were shown to be thoroughly horrible and sneaky people and there will not be a business there anyway. Even now you are bitter and nasty

Understand your point but think this report is for our sake rather than anyone else and  those that have written have made a simple comment it would  seem without considering all the implications

How did it compare with your information about the same meeting?

To me the report mentioned  more of the san joe bull. I hope that t-shirt said "give us back our money you thieving corrupt little s***" Then the meeing would have ended on a jolly note in my eyes. 

For info the meeting with Emilio - group action via antonio - took place tonight so report should be available tomorrow my smiley to represent Emilio and administrators.

I notice that Martinsa Fadesa has gone into voluntary administration today (huge spanish construction company). If this goes into liquidation - which it will as it cannot secure financing it will be of the biggest corporate failiures in Spanish history.

There are far bigger organisations than san jose hitting the wall and in the scheme of things san jose will be a small loss in the complete crash of housing and construction service in spain.

The future is dire..please ensure you have  lawyer who is actively campaigning the return of your money. To not do this is extremely risky
