Being a Teacher (Piano) ?

Just heard from my parents that no builder rep is on site any more! Floris has gone, and a sign has been left to contact the builder with any sale/after sales help. 

Not good, when we still have some snagging to do, an unfinished pool and no proper utilities. We only now have someone on the end of a phone to contact.

Anyone know anything else?

Having been in contact with Floris he sent me the following message.

the contract between Caliber Solutions has recently expired and after several meetings with Hogar Sur they have not been able   to reach a new agreement.

Therefore Hogar Sur will now be responsible for the sales and after sales of the development.

Floris also stated that Hogar Sur are one of the strongest and most professional companies he has had the pleasure of working with.

Hope this message sets everybodies minds at rest.

We too have heard from Floris that he has left and has given his reason for doing so as 'Nelsonian' states below. It's a shame he's gone. He was great. However, it's good to hear that Floris regards Hogar Sur so highly. Let's hope things will progress well. Can anyone confirm that we have to wait for the architect's go-ahead before we can be allowed shared satellite dishes for British TV?

surtech, see my other thread about Sky. I think the "architect" thign was a smokescreen, but all sorted now. More details to follow next week.

Has anyone actually contacted the builders yet about snaggings!  If so do you have a name and contact no or email address for them?

We were told our snags would be put right for when we went across 3 weeks ago but hardly any had been done.

My dad has got a contact at Hogar Sur, will get hold of it and send it over. Unfortuantely, they are based in Cadiz and no longer on site.
