Having been in contact with Floris he sent me the following message.

the contract between Caliber Solutions has recently expired and after several meetings with Hogar Sur they have not been able   to reach a new agreement.

Therefore Hogar Sur will now be responsible for the sales and after sales of the development.

Floris also stated that Hogar Sur are one of the strongest and most professional companies he has had the pleasure of working with.

Hope this message sets everybodies minds at rest.

The way we sorted the problem out was as follows.

First time you go out in the morning or whenever, push the left hand window over to the right and the right hand window over to the left. there is no way the window will lock because the locks are now in the middle.

With regard to the photographs I have uploaded, all the major work on the pool has now been done and only the cosmetic details remain to be finished. However once they refill the pool that may be another story but let's hope that everthing will be alright.

With regard to the electricity supply, the lifts and gates etc are not working because at this moment they are using a generator and if it broke down people coluld be stuck the the lift for hours and the same with the gates you could neither get your car in or out of the complex.

Going back on the 1st July and will update you on the progress on my return.
