Just recieved email from terrazas del golf saying at this stage they are managing the first occupancy licence, unfortunately they cud'nt give an exact date but it seems imminent now.

Was that after you had emailed them asking, or was it an email they just sent to you?

Its just it sounds like the type of resonse they have been giving to me by email since Nov/Dec.

Still really stuggling here with our mortgage valuation. No one who I have found that has had a better valuation is willing to let me know any details, so I cant appeal with our bank/valuer yet.

I emailed terrazas del golf to find out whats happening first, but of coarse no one wonts to give a direct answer, i have known poeple to wait a year for liecences, theres a big back log of paper work at mo due to builders building on unliecenced land so there dealing with them first, hoger sur are a very big company will be ok, fingers crossed.
