We have been given an updated list of the above. I have a query as our coefic escritura identifies that we have to pay 0.174% of the community fees, (we are in apt 12).
The problem is in the monthly payments. We are being asked to pay 80,23 euro's whereas apartments 5 and 6 have to pay 72,21 euros and their escritura value is 0.173%
This means that .001% equals some 8 euro's????
I've also noticed that apartment 11 in our block has the lowest escritura value of .162% yet they have to pay 75,09 euro's - which is MORE than apartments 5 & 6.
I have looked at previous lists and they make sense ie each apartment pays the quota appropriate to their %.
I am awaiting a response from Luis, but if anyone else can shed light on this I would be grateful.
