Following a visit to Seasun to ask them to start taking our community fees (please!) we were informed that our monthly payment had been increased yet again. This time it was because we have an underground car park (we are on the 6th floor).
We were told this had been agreed by the community - we were not aware of this - can anyone confirm? We attended the first meeting and wasn't aware that this was discussed.
I am looking into it as I'm sure in our title deeds it states that we pay a % of the total annual (or monthly) fees and as such this should mean that they shouldn't keep increasing - or am I wrong?
Luis gave us a print out of the figures so I'm hoping to go through it (and our deeds) to find out if we are paying the correct amount. If anyone wants a copy I'll scan them and email them to you if you send me a PM
BTW - spa was open while we were there during the past few weeks but not used much at all
