Hi to everybody!
When I opened this morning my pc, I saw that my last post was taken away from this forum!!!
This mind that is censured by the creators and manipulated, it is not a free site to talk!
The reason? I wrote in this thread my telephone number for another user to offer him my help in selling his property.
At this point, I have read and checked all the forum´s threads and there are some people who have wrote their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses and still been there!
So, what is the problem with me???
I am owner of one apartment in Hacienda Casares too, and I came in here to leave my personal opinion and contact with neigbours. And, as you can understand, if I work as real estate´s agent, is normal that I could offer here my help to the others!!!

HI - everything seems to have gone quiet about HC.  We would like to hear from anyone who has actually had their money back from Aifos and who purchased in HC.  Is there anyone out there who has actually been successful in getting their deposit back?  There must be a lot of unhappy purchasers judging from the posts over the last few months - Aifos have not delivered what they promised.  Would be interested to hear from other purchasers.

What is the news by people who know and will they ever finish this development ?

Will the aparthotel be built and does anyone know anything ?

Myself and 2 friends of mine have bought into 3 apartments on Lavanda Block which after purchase were designated Aparthotel.
We have paid the 33% and only have a Bank Guarantee on the initial deposit of 10K. We have been going through Lawyers and the Courts and getting no where as getting a refund from Aifos. Just cannot get any info off anyone. We have seen the bare plot and although the Building Licence has been Granted  everyone is of the opinion that this Block will not be built but cannot get any official response from Aifos.
Does anyone out there know anything different or any info as to what is happening or if anyone hs been successful in getting their money refunded??
