If you have any bank guarantees, I would contact the lawyer at BCP and cash them in & reduce your exposure, you will still have your contract if would want to complete down the line. If the apartment is not even started then cash them in now, the banks have money Aifos have none.

I found a outstanding laywer. Today she informed me that she got all my money back with interest, wihtout going to court. This considering that 70% of the guarantees I had were a year 1 1/2 out of date. She accomplished this in 3 weeks.
Her fees were about 10% of what she recovered but the interest she got cover this.
If anyone is nervous, which I was very, I would email her and get her opinion. Even if you have no guarantees get her advice.

I am looking to transfer from another development, which ia away behind schedule. Before I even consider this I want to know about this development.
Is it completed, are all license in place. Are people living there.
From the web site there is a number of units still available.
