my solicitor in spain appears to be as useless  in getting back to me as Aifos are in building on time, can anyone recommend  reliable reasonable english speaking solicitors in spain to use for the completion bits, i'm going out there in 2 weeks time, so an early response would be great, thanks

Has anyone had any problems with snagging apartments which should have had a ground floor front sea view on the properties facing the sea?  Would be interested to find out what they think about the views?

Regarding Sharoncolin's ground floor sea view, you aren't in Lila block by any chance are you, as from my last site visit, it appears that all the ground floor flats can see is the back of Azalea block?

Is everyone happy with their apartments - what about the views?

try using a solicitor in gib they all have spainish partners you might pay slightly more but its a small price to pay

Hi All. I'm new to posting on any of the Casares forum threads, although I have read a few of them over the last couple of years. I speak for a group of private individuals who have purchased 7 apartments between us in Margarita. We agreed the purchase in the first release of the development back in 2003. We have just this week sent a letter to our Spanish solicitor requesting them to investigate the issue of the 'complex facilities' not being completed (or even started in some cases!) with Aifos. I will hopefully post a copy of this letter to our solicitor and any response we get from it in due course, and will keep you updated as to any news on the situation that we are aware of.
