Having bought a ground floor apartment in2003 with a sea view and been shown the next door apartment in Jasmine which had a wall in front of it in October 2007 I would personally not believe anything Aifos says or does - don't believe what they say they are worth, they are only worth what they are able to sell for which is not a lot at the moment!

HI - everything seems to have gone quiet about HC.  We would like to hear from anyone who has actually had their money back from Aifos and who purchased in HC.  Is there anyone out there who has actually been successful in getting their deposit back?  There must be a lot of unhappy purchasers judging from the posts over the last few months - Aifos have not delivered what they promised.  Would be interested to hear from other purchasers.

Has anyone thought of taking Aifos to  court across the uk because of what they have done to britosh buyers over the last 6-7 years? Lets not stop whinging and do something about it?

Dont't touch them - don't buy anything that they are offering, bought in July 2003 - have now got a seaview apartment with a wall in front. Leave them alone.
