Spanish animals that need help

All the time I hear about Spanish animals that need help one way or another so this is for those animals

Prayers needed for tiny Dolly please.

For those reading my blog posts on Angie Mccready & her own dogs, all rescued from intolerable situations, plus her fine work in fostering rescue dogs & puppies you may remember Dolly's story.

Dolly was found at the door of Angie's local pound, tied up in a plastic sack, traumatised, and in a right mess.

Angie took her home & adopted her. That was around two years ago. Dolly is thought to be 6-7 years old.

This is Dolly now.

UPDATE: Dolly has often had a cough & has been treated with anti inflammatories plus steroids.

9th November:
Angie posted on her Facebook page...
"For those people asking about Dolly...last night was horrendous. She coughed non stop, so this morning we took her to the animal hospital in Novela. They did some X rays of her trachea and her chest. She has a narrowing in her trachea, but not enough to make her cough so bad. Then they noticed she has an enlarged heart, which is pressing onto the trachea. It's this that's making her cough.

Dolly coughs almost all the time now. We are sooo tired ..no sleep for 3 weeks, and she must be exhausted as well, but nothing so far has worked with anti inflammatories or steroids."

11th November:
Angie told me "I've had to take her in again for another x ray, shes got a slight heart murmur now & has a cardiograph booked for 8am Wednesday 13th November. We are just praying after the cardiography they can give her something to stop her persistent coughing."

Please pray Dolly CAN be helped, she has been through such a lot. Her ongoing vet treatment has cost quite a lot so far & money is tight, if anyone would care to help in this that would be appreciated.
