I woul be very careful who you employ
Have a contract made up
you can do this your self. Write down every thing & I mean every thing you would expect of them.
ensure that the home address of the sitters is genuine even though you want them to baby sit in your property.
Personnaly as a retired child minder I would not let anyone near my grand children unless they had up to date recognised qualifications.
Dont take their word for it. ask to see it. Get the registration Number & telephone or email the registration body & ensure it is genuine.
I know this may come over as quite extreme but remember you can replace most things you posess but you cannot replace your children.
