As far as i am aware you can get your pension paid into a Spanish account. I think you loose benefits if you live in Spain.

Not to sure if I am missing something here but if one is on benefits in the UK then why should that person even think they could be entitled to claim if they are having a jolly in Spain , would have thought a better idea would possibly be trying to actually find a job , then save and have a holiday?!
Unless Louise you are meaning that your mother is maybe on some kind of disability benefit in which case one needs to check with the local N I Office in UK
