Sotogrande Support Group for Depression/Anxiety

 I am setting up a new support group in Sotogrande for adult sufferers of depression and/or anxiety.  We will meet on Tuesdays from 8pm.  I would like it to be friendly, non-judgmental and informative.  There is no religious foundation to the group and my theoretical basis is Person-Centred.

We will look at issues brought to the group by members.  Costs will be kept to a minimum - I anticipate about €5 per session.
