Our Administrator we feel is an excellent person and we are generally very happy with his performance to date.
However, the Monthly and Annual Financial Reports he produces can be difficult to understand as they are
Predominantly written in Spanish and the format differs from what you would expect in the Uk. He is resricted by the reports available from a standard Spanish software system that are compliant with the Analucia Regions Accounting requirements.
I would really appreciate looking at any examples of accounting reports that members may have from their own developments that have been produced for the benefit of English Owners too?
