Guess it depends on how far up the list of creditors you are and how strong your lawyer is

Hi
We are currently dealing with a few clients that are affected by the bankruptcy of JALE (Inmobiliaria Amuerga) and its sub companies.
It is very important to take part on the Court bankruptcy case as soon as possible in order to defend your position as creditor. Many times these bankruptcies are because of lack of cashflow - but they do have many assets, and through this bankruptcy process they manage to convert assets into cash and then pay creditors. But creditors must take part on the Court case.
