EMPTY PROPERTY???? FREE ON-SITE SECURITY

Hi all

Just had an e-mail this morning from our agents in Spain informing us of a community meeting for phase 2 this coming Monday (19 May.)  Was anyone aware of this and is attending?  I have to say we had no idea it was happening, and can't attend at this late stage.  Luckily we can be represented by our agents who will report back.   I imagine it's just a preliminary meeting prior to us setting up a committee like all of you on phase 1.  There was no mention of an AGM.

We shall, in fact, be visiting and staying(!!) at Manilva Beach for the 1st time over the Bank Holiday week-end.   We'd love to meet other owners while we are there.  We're in apt 3.4 block 8, and will be around from Friday lunch-time until Monday late afternoon.

Hi again

To continue with what I reported yesterday about a proposed community meeting for phase 2, I have now spoken to Maria at Condominium Services this morning who says that no such meeting is taking place!    I do apologise, but was only going on what our agent had e-mailed to us.   When we meet up at the end of next week, I shall ask exactly what sort of meeting it was.

 I also asked Maria about our account with them.  She told me that like John from phase 3 , who has posted a message this week regarding standing orders, we find that we too owe over 1000 euros.  We had assumed that they were being paid, and I imagine that there must be a few more out there in the same boat.   I do find it odd that we haven't been chased for payment during this time.   I found her to be very helpful, and not in the least concerned about our debt!  I also asked her about the form that John mentioned, but she seemed to have the necessary details that she required from us.
