Prices for Inland Andulcia property !

As Phase 1 owners were aware, it was the first AGM of the Owners Community on Monday 12th May, at the Duquesa Golf Hotel.

A new President was elected, and a comittee of representatives to assist him.  We feel very positive and its the first concrete step to moving things forward on this phase.

The usual issues were discussed - developer snags, community issues, purchasing of Sky TV and parasols etc., and OVP.

A good meeting and we see now things will move forward pretty swiftly.

The developer was present who is a great guy and explained fully his financial situation and relationship with OVP.

All in all an excellent day.

Correspondence via email will go out officially to all residents but this is a heads up.

I was also present at the AGM and agree with all of Nigels comments.

Manilva Beach phase 1 is a great spot for holiday makers. 

There is now a realy good team in place to make sure this development will meet everyones expectations.

We will be installing permanent sunshades, loungers and sky tv with immediate effect so that anyone who holidays on this development will want to return time and time again.

To all those that attended the AGM well done, and from one who could not make it I am very sorry that I could not be with you this time.

Hi Nigel / Glen,

Did you get nay info on community charges and if everyon was contributing who was supposed to be contributing. Although a direct debit was set up with CS when I completed they never actually took anything from my account. I have pressed the c ase and now found out I owe them 1400 euros. I spoke to a very helpful Lady at CS called Maria and also asked her about an AGM for phase 3. She said that they will be contacting owners soon. I would reccomend other owners getting in touch with her as she has sent me a form to fill in various contact details e.g. secondary addresses, e-mail etc. If you fill this in and send it back then you won't miss out on any comms that might go to your Manilva address.
