You should check your Conveyancing document from UK which was your Spanish Contract Pack and see if it is on it and it is probably incomplete as mine is.  You will have to go back to the Conveyancer and ask the question.

All we have is what I put below.

JETPLUS OIL, SL

Carlos Gonalez Raya, Representative of Jetplus & Oil, SL

Now you have me thinking too as we see endless problems with our properties in Spain at the same complex.

Looking through the contract we signed it states :

"Mr Carlos Gonzalez Raya of legal age with address in C/Poniente,  89, Marbella Malaga" and again states:

"Mr Carlos Gonzalez Raya takes part in his capacity as sole administrator of the company Jetplus Oil SL of spanish nationality and with address at Avenida Finlandia no 17 in 29640 Fuengirola Malaga"

I assume that this is Jetplus Oil SL address.

I wonder if Carlos Gonzalez Raya who is the sole administrator is a solicitor/partner with GVA who are acting for OVP clients and also are acting for developer as well!!!!!!.
