SARC Report 2 October thanks to Linda and David

You wont get any substance from Tony ladies......sorry to be the bearer of bad news but he is only putting stuff on here that will suit his own mindset model.

His mindset model is that the houses have got to be built, otherwise his own money, the money of the people he recommended to the builder, any goodwill he has come by as a result of selling properties on a commision basis and the little empire he has created with the website and the solicitors representation......will fall apart.

I likened him to Nero fiddling while Rome burns down, the other day.........

He is now playing 'nearer my god to thee'.....on that fiddle.........on the deck of a very famous (ex)ship, 

First one to guess what ship we are talking about wins their house in SADM, when Tony has them built, complete with a free air conditioning unit and a furniture package......

Shame on you Tony  SARC is nothing but a scam to protect the rewards you have recieved at the expense of others .

Dear All I am refering to the previous post,

 Well I think the vitriolic whaffle and daft accusations speak for themselves. Why on earth are they going on about? So many people have seen the reports and have confirmation form other sources and what does the "forever nasty brigade " do ? Come up with the super paranoia that any one who has a diffent opinion must be working with.......who ever they think is their enemy...oooooohhhh  It would be really funny if not for the fact that there are those of us who have an interest in getting a positive result for purchasers.  

Why does this nastle little gaggle not post anything that is usefull and can only slag of or deride people/SARC?IWMH etc? Very sad

Any way it was a very good report from Linda and David, which I am gratefull for.

Tony are you prepared to state all you interests as I  like others have seen your ads on other websites and know what you are all about .If I thought you were going to gain anything from this even your house which you have not even paid for ,I would be really annoyed but as you stand to get nothing at all I don't give a s##t.

Tony is not out of pocket his house is a gift, bonus,  reward ,commission , pay cheque  whatever you want to call it.

Im trying to be clear here.....Tony you must respond to this from what i can see......and you cant dodge it by taliking about something else.

The suggestion is......you have an interest in a property with the builder, which you have not paid for in the same way others have paid.

Its either discounted, gifted, or provided to you in some other means, which you have not paid for.

Is this true?

Tony has nothing to lose unlike the rest of us . Why should he answer ?

So JA posts another lie. B*******cks I have paid a hefty whack for my property and such a daft remark. As for you Braindo you are not a purchaser at SADM.  You obviously will stoop to nothing to try to stop SADM going ahead, you are one really sad individual. It would be laughable if Ihad not got so much of my savings caught up in this and the delay means a lot more to me more than most as my mother has Luekemia and wishes to die in the sun and I was having the garage kited out for her to live her lasts days in!  That is why I took her on holiday in August!

Now stop asking stupid questions and making ludicrous false claims and remarks.

Please accept my appologies for pressing for that information, it would have been pretty damning if it were true, 

The fact i havnt purchased on SADM is never going to stop me being interested in the outcome of these 2 administrations and the actions of individuals or groups that may try and influence the outcome.  I have every right to be taking that interest and i, like you, do not back off from bullies, you know that anyway.

I will leave the way clear for the others to play childrens slanging matches for a while......and come back when anything important crops up.
