Hi ALL,
All I would like to know is why there has never been any proof provided that the deposits were there, as dated by Ana on the 4th July? Some purchasers may have made choices based on this and as there is no money there, other than that for BGs I would like the proof to be provided fo all to see. Where is this proof?

who gives a toss what you think Tony. Thats what you have lawyers for. If you are relying on comments from anyone on a forum to make your decisions then you get what you deserve. Imagine the chaos if people believed the rubbish that you spout.
Anna owes you nothing and nor does anyone else. You sang about how great your lawyer is - surely he can go to the court and ask for himself. Why is that so difficult for you to sort - being a "nhs senior manager" you should be able to do this fairly easily
so you now have a task to do.. bye for now

From whom do you require the said proof suggest maybe it's time you changed your solicitor I am quite happy with the information and advice I have paid my solicitor .
Old saying when you pay peanuts you get monkeys now that we have monkeys acting as waiters why not as your solicitor.

Why dont you get this yet...its straightforward enough. The administration is there to inspect the books and accounts, unless they are crooked (and meeting people in town halls for lunch maybe is getting into that territory).
The only people who know the truth are those people.....the only ones able to demand evidence are those people.............dont listen to anybody else, they will say what they want you to hear.
Thats why......i think you are talking rubbish most of the time...its blind optimism based on tainted information.
Be carefull..............i said in in June and i say it now......be carefull

Hi All,
So no answer to the question of proof of money being held in an account has been given by any one! Lots of remarks but no proof. Now why am I asking? Well that is because the money is not there and those with out BGs need to think very carefully about what they are doing and what they want. As for you Briando, shame on you again as you can simply ask Martin about the money, as he said way back that it was not there.

The point is whether people have been told the truth! If the document exists by now you should be able to post it. The fact that it has not been makes me believe that the claim that it existed and that the money was there was false. If that was false it means all of those who accpeted it and under took a course of action based on it have been misled and placed into a position that they may not of chosen to be in. That is what the point is!
