Having spent the last few months looking at all that's been written about how crooked and bent the builder San Jose is, how corrupt the Spanish legal system is, how unprofessional spanish solicitors are, I've decided that there is loads of money too be made from the spanish property market and I wish you all to have the chance of owning a slice of real estate (that's actually built) here in Spain.
FOR SALE
Two bedroomed, second floor apartment commanding sea views, in La Zenia, Orihuela Costa. Fully furnished with off road parking. Price 65,000 euros cash only.
Okay, I put my hand up. no I don't own the apartment but I do hold the keys. Just thought that if San Jose managed to sell property's he doesn't own thought I'd sell one of his that I don't own.
If antone's interested or daft enough (SARC members please read above again) to think this is for real please PM me with details of how you are going to get the cash to me.

Way to go !!! Dave/ Auntie Linda after all possession is nine tenths of the law . I want to see SJ sort out this mess or I want to see them all rot in jail as they probably will by the time this is through .That is if they or any of their money are still in Spain. I fear not . Please be aware, FIN and JA are the same and they are both ALM in disguise, they live in cyberspace and just like causing mayhem on these forums, how suckered in most of you have been!!!!

Im interested but
I bet there is some spanish law that says i have to grease the palms of the local mayor, pay up front for rights to use my toilet, donate to the local farmers.............and then have to knock down and re-build due to the new legislation called 'lets bugger up the foreigners'
For those reasons....im out....but good luck, nice idea.

AuntieLinda I am interested in the apartment ,only I was wondering if you would accept an IOU .You see there is this really reputable developer that owes me money . What do you say ? I could do you an nice little colourful BG with my nine year old nephews post office set official stamp the lot go on what do you say ? Deal or no deal ? The rental potential will be amazing I would be prepared to cut you a % come on .What do you say ? perhaps me and Braindo could go halves the reputable developer owes him money too. Deal ?

Yes. I can make silly posts but this is not what the forum is about. i thought it was about sharing inforamation and helping one and other. It is a shame a few just wish to look clever ( in their own eyes) and waste the time of others but there you go, it takes all sorts.
