Pardon my ignorance in the world of big business and  Spanish developers but if SJ/HdT are part of a much larger group of 14 different companies and the other 12 are still solvent and trading ,why would they not bail them out to save the group as a whole .Do they have no responsibility for the other arms  in the group .Seems like a scam to me no need to ask where funds went .Lets pray for a decent judge who is able to see the trees for the wood . JA

Yes Joannie I remember something like that being said  eons ago.Was it that SJ wanted to go in and leave HdT out of it and the judge pulled them in .Perhaps he should have pulled in the whole lot  and see where money has gone within the group .
