LAWYERS FOR IWMMB.

Hi all

Thought it would be interesting to see who is representing us all who IWMMB.......that is if you care to do so ?

It would be good to know how many of us are using particular companies to act on our behalf, and the numbers that they are representing.

I'll start proceedings by stating that I'm using Martin of Abolex Abogados.

Anyone else care to share this info ?

Marting has struck me as being an honest and respectable solicitor. If you do not have a BG I suggest that you ask him where the money will come from to give it back to you.  i think that you will find that solicitors have clients with diiferent wishes for their own out come. My solicitor has 90% of his clients wanting their house. I am also aware that Martin has clients who want thier house.

Hi, I am with Martin of Abolex too. I want my money back. If an investor comes in as claimed then they take on the debt, thats where the money will come from. Cheers Joanniemac

You are spot on with how those who do not have BGs can get their money back. We need SADM to be refinanced and then those of us who want our properties can pay for them and there is money in the company to pay people back. Best outcome for those without BGs as we all end up getting what we want.

Best solution all round I agree but makes no difference to those with BGs.It is a shame all is not as it should be with the accounts etc makes it really hard to find anyone willing to invest ,or take over .Shame the shareholders rejected the Russian company that seemed a way forward . JA

Hi, I dont mind saying who's representing me .  Javier from Iberbrit, La Manga.  I understand he's acting for a few of us these days.  

Tony, didnt you say the re financing WAS  in place rencently?  You were so positive that it was like this huge announcement of see I told you so...All the SARC reports so far have been so positive from you and how they admit mistakes but they are going to use SARC to correct the past's diabolical lack of information..and yet nothing!!  Here we are two weeks on and zippo, an up-date and suddendly there are IT problems (again). Just a confirmation that  that this marvellous Russian Company have been turned down.. Have your direct sources informed you of why the shareholders didnt accept the proposal? Was it a simple case of a ludicrous offer (and who would blame them for trying to secure land of that size for a snip)?  From the legal advice I received when I discussed this with him after your posting, it was clear that they wanted to sell off this White Elephant as quickly as possible for whatever they could get so as to concentrate on completing El Pinet and selling off the rest of Playa Golf.  I feel like screaming too... why do you trust these people or what they are telling you?  

Ive just about read everything For and Against, With BG and Without  (like most of us over the past four months), I dont see JA's comments as gloating and can understand absolutely why re-financing would be beneficial to every single one of us, but why are you trying to still sell the idea of supporting this Company.  They've stitched you, me and everyone of us up big time.  If I had a BG and could use it I would.  I havent, so Ive gone the hard route of Court.. There is absolutely know way Im sitting and waiting for this Company to re-group itself to go through it all again..  I have absolutely no idea of how my Court hearing went yesterday, or what the outcome will be but like many others feel as if Im doing something now rather than leaving it too late.

You if you do not have a BG you should try to keep your costs down and only take court action if SADM does not get refinanced. Solicitors will take your money but please work out the probable outcome and how much money you will recoup v cost.

I think the many replies actually demonstrate that he is in cloud cuckoo land(apart from the pseudo sellers and agents malc who have tried to sell at san jose - and surprise surprise you are one of those. I am saying malc that when I said I wanted a property on santa ana you were one of five people who Pm me to tell me you had an arrangement with san jose and could get me a property. I can go on the other site and pull off a copy if you would like. No doubt it is still there. It does not matter if you walk jog or dance with the devil your view is still tainted

Joanie666   you say dance with devil and my view is tainted, very wierd you need to look at all the ones on here with their different names there views are very tainted otherwise why hide under other names.  My name is my name have on other name on this or anyother site.  Ask the question why do others need to use different names, there views are tarnished and have little credability.
