Hi All,
Yes its back and it is happening again just like an old B movie.We have people posting on the SADM site who not only are not purchasers but they are most definately trying to talk the develoment down. It could be that they are enviromentalists, xenophobes, have a grudge against SJ/HdT or a fincial interest in SADM not proceeding.
I do find it interesting how no one has said where or how much money purchasers would get if SADM fails and make postings anonomously not even identifying a plot number.

I could answer with a million answers - like the biggest culprit of misinformation is yourself. But I think this whole site has enough drivel on it without being added to Please remember it is the developers and those alone that have created this issue and lost people their homes and/ or money. Not owners. Direct our venom where it should be at those who have conned and stolen from us all

It is so nice of you to carry on the nastyness and by the way I have posted no misinformation.I and others have been saying that there is no money, that SADM needs to go ahead and that purchaseres should not be bickering amongst themselves.

Hi ALL,
A meeting was held with Almudena on Thursday 2 October and Linda and David kindly attended and are writing the report.
I believe that it  may throw light on the behaviour of some posting and be of interest to you all.
As soon as it is complete it will go out to the SARC membership ( which is growing)  and subsequently be placed on the SARC site for you all to see, read and draw your own conclusions.

Tony  my pc has a spam feature if i send more than 40 emails at once, has yours! The reason I ask is if you can send your newsletter out to such a large number. Still three emails of 10 names on each list will do I suppose

It is getting beyond a joke you implying your san jose quango is growing.

also as alumendena has lied through her back teeth for over five years, plus the fact she has lost control of her dad's company and cannot have any influence until courts say so why bother listening to any more of her garbage.

the longer you carry on giving to hopefully an increasing small number of buyers - so san jose propoganda / hope rather than creating a monster lawsuit you play into her rather her large purse.

But SARC cant do that as you are still active agents of san jose and have to protect your interests (you, brian and rest of the "critical posse"), which you have never denied
