Lawyer in Murcia?

Hi.

Can anyone recommend a good English speaking Lawyer in Murcia??

... Or warn us about any that we may need to keep away from!

We are at the start of trying to get our deposit back on a property that was due in Oct 2007 but still has no Habitation Liscense.

I too had a similar situation in Murcia.  The best thing that I ever did was to change lawyer to Maria at Costaluz lawyers.  I can  highly recommend  Maria and her team, they were very professional and always kept us informed, they were absolutely fantastic and we now have our deposit back, even though we had no bank guarantee.  Thanks Maria.   Wendy and Nigel Hall.

I don't know if you still need a lawyer in the Murcia Region, but I could recommend you ours, Adriana Perez Legal Services in San Javier. I have been dealing with their firm for the past 4 years, have done 2 property purchases with them and have even set up my business with them. Adriana and her team are extremely helpfull and they are fair. They will not tell you want you want to hear to please you but will tell you the truth. They are truthworthy and their fees are more than reasonable.
