San Jose /Herrada del Tollo

Anyone else heard that they are about to go into full bankruptcy as they have been unable to re finance because of the criminal proceedings and vote of no confidence of the shareholders. It was the shareholders who  brought the allegations of fraud and false accounting  to the courts  ?  Which bank if any  is likely  to refinance this company let alone  with all these allegations going on .Not likely in todays climate .

Bet ya  if true it will happen just before the August holiday leaving all at El Pinet ,SADM etc wondering where the hell they stand ! While the directors of the company  sail on to pastures new with our hard earned cash firmly in their pockets  !      MM

I would say this is only a rumour as both Court cases (San Jose and Herrada) continue the normal procedures and there has been no sign yet of an imminent bankruptcy of any of the two. In any case, before it ever went to bankruptcy the Court process must continue and the Creditors meeting must take place.
