Cogilcodos is in bankruptcy.

Dear buyer,

As you can check in the second page of this web (Spanish Official Bulletin, BOE):

the promoter Cogilcodos (i.e. Las Mimosas, Benalmádena, where I have two clients) has issued its claim of bankruptcy, which was declared last June (12th).

I do recommend you to get legal advise about this matter immediately, given that Palmera Properties is out of the scene and the consequences of not being part of the bankrupcty procedure in time would be unchangeable and serious for you.

In addition to that valuable information, we need to add that you have got one month from the 5th of July, when this was published in the National Gazette and thet you need to have a lawyer and a Procurator of Tribunals for your representation.
