New president voted in, but they immediately sacked the current admin company.  We were all happy with them.

president called an EGM where there were just a small number of after.  They claim to have contacted everyone that lives there, but that isn't true .

President used 18 proxy votes to vote in new admin company, who happens to be her friend.  The admin company have no website or contact details.

original management company no longer replying as they say it's being dealt with legally.  President and two vice(s) won't reply to emails asking direct questions.

its all very dodgy.  Who can we turn to now?  Is there an ombudsman for urbanisations?

Sounds bad, but your comments seem to be based on presumption and I suggest you need to avoid escalating the matter until you have hard evidence.

You don't mention the reason that the new President was voted in - was that straight forward and a democratic vote?  There can be good reasons to sack an administrator was that possibility not discussed at the EGM?  The law of dafamation is applied quite regularly in Spain and you may be better off seeking external assistance once you are able to be sure of established a strong case and be sure of strong support from your community.  Then consider calling an EGM which can be achieved with 25% of folk backing this demand.

Apologies as I said the president had 18 proxy votes, but I should have said that only 18 people attenddd the EGM, but the president held 80 proxy votes.  80!!

We're told that they only canvassed the people they knew would agree, and didn't knock on the doors of the English residents.

who do we turn to, as the original company can't reply due to legal reasons, and the new president doesn't reply.
