Hi, I 'm posting on this forum on behalf of my daughter who is travelling through Spain. She's currnetly in Barcelona & has had problems with a tyre blowing out today. Is there anywhere in Barcelona she can get part-worn tyres or at least reasonably priced tyres? Having heard tyres are expensive in Spain & only just arriving in Barcelona, she has no idea where to go????

She may struggle during the Easter weekend.

You could have a look through the small ads on Mil Anuncios, here is the link to  Neumaticos in Barcelona

I Neumaticos are a mobile service, they come to you, they would only sell new tyres though

Surely she has European breakdown cover, if so they will be able to help her.

Thank you ever so much for your replies Hephaestus and Team GB.... Yes, she does have European RAC cover but, as that only has so many callouts & she's there for a while she was trying not to use them on only her 5th day there. Failing all else that's her best bet though.... Team GB, that is really helpful. Thank you. I'll have a look online now & see what Neumaticos have to offer :)

What about her spare tyre, she could then at least drive to a budget priced tyre fitter?
