Estepona: English speaking doctor in Spanish Haelthcare System?

Hi
I have just received confirmation that I am in the Spanish Healthcare system and now need to register at a clinic. Can anyone recommend a good GP/Doctor in any of the Estepona clinics - preferably English speaking.

Can you choose your GP?
Here in Valencia it depends on your postcode and you are assigned a GP at your nearest clinic, you can't just choose where you want to be attended....
