I have a Humax Foxsat HDR Digital TV Recorder and for the last few days been unable to gain access to BBC News (200) BBC3 (106) and BBC4 (107) I just get a message saying SCRAMBLED. I have unplugged everything and left it for a few hours but still no go. I live in the Manilva area and wonder if anyone has been having this problem

Some channels have moved this weekend

BBC Three / CBBC and BBC News moved to frequency 10818 V 22000 5/6

BBC ALBA and BBC One North East & Cumbria moved to 10803 H 22000 5/6

BBC Four / CBeebies and BBC Red Button stream 1 moved to 10773 H 22 5/6

Re-scanning these frequencies should solve your problem

For the non techs. just press menu and then at the appropriate spot just press 'freesat tune' and bingo you will have all the channels that are available in your area.

Hi Stephen, thank you so much for this easy instruction - I am hopeless with technology but first time I tried it I regained all my missing programmes - me thinks you deserve a Blue Peter badge. Thanks again.

Freesat boxes automatically "house keep" and sort out new channel frequencies overnight.

But many of them failed to do so for these changes, soa  new Freesat scan was required.

You may have to do it again today also, as most of the BBC radio channels moved to new frequencies last night also!
