Out of my area, but l'd suggest asking your Spanish neighbours - someone is bound to have a relative who's a mechanic, and then you have a personal contact. My neighbours helped me buy my little Spanish car direct from a mecanico who is best friends with one neighbour AND related to my insurance man - ideal!
