Hi i have a house in province of Sevilla. I need a residencia can i go to Oficina de Extranjeros Antequera (malaga) or go to Oficina de Extranjeros Sevilla. Advice appreciated.

I have NIE i need residencia. my query is does the office need to be in the sme province as house.

Apparently Oficina de exranjeros (office of foreigners) can do this residencia service and nie

 I think i am right in saying the RESIDECIA no longer exists it is now the NIE which will let you carry out all official business in Spain although oddly it is not proof of ID as no photo so will need to present passport too as proof of ID

Pehaps you mean empadronamient which is going on the voters register where you live you need to go to your ayuntamiento with passport proof of address and NIE cert takes only minutes to do
