Hi, has anybody had any dealings with a firm called villacash back as i am thinking of buying a 2 bed appartment on a polaris world site, and we are promised a 90% morgage, they seem ok but i have been burnt in spain in 2008 so dont want to make the same mistake,

I know who they are but don't know much about them.

I know they used to sell a huge amount of Polaris properties and I think they were one of the top partners.

I've not really heard anything much negative about them recently but, as always, do your homework and don't be pressured into anything.  There is A LOT of property out there.

Justin is right, this company,were in the forefront selling Polaris properties over the last 5/6 years, there are some good deals to be had at the moment, prices are at their lowest point [ I hope! ] have a look at Condado de Alhama, surge of interest since Paramount studio's announced they are going to build a theme park 10 min from the complex, as Justin said there are lots to chose from.
