Hi everyone, just joined today myself and my husband have bought off plan on the sierra cortina complex it is due to be finished in May next year, cant wait. Eye on Spain seems to be full of useful information

Welcome to Eye on Spain. You are right - there is plenty of useful information here and you can spend all day on the forum - which I occasionally do!  My partner and I are buying off plan at Santa Ana del Monte, which is near Jumilla. Our property is due for completion in January next year, thought building was delayed while the builders waited to receive the licences from Jumilla townhall so we are expecting it to be about this time next year if not a bit later.
