Wherever it is.. (cos Spain's a massive country) I suggest that you post the question on the Buying property board or the Moving to Spain board or the What's the area like? board. There are development boards too though I've just checked & there doesn't seem to be one for the name you say. (Hover on blue links & click on them to go to relevant board.)
