Does anyone out there know anything about this development which was completed I think end 2003 - primarily want to ensure that licences etc are in place and that there are no questions marks before considering the purchase of a resale.
Any info offered would be greatly appreciated.

Is this an Aifos development?
If so ,there is a doubt that the development has been granted an LFO.
