y Boletín de Instalación de Agua

hello ,is there anybody who can tell me what the price would be for a y Boletín de Instalación de Agua from the plumber ?

the amount suggested to me only for the certificate being 700 €  seems  not realistic .., i have had a total renovation from the whole sanitary and plumbing system in the house ,( i was already concted to the water (galasa ) and it is in my name already .

i have requested it as it seems i better have this ,eventhough i am connected already ,same as i have received the bulletin for the electricity .

The Boletin costs vary but one I recently got cost about 50 euro's so how they get 700e is a mystery , go to another plumber. Why do you want another bulletin? Have you made any additions to the plumbing ie; more bathrooms etc? If so it will also effect your IBI!!!!! and the nota simple if you sell and it may also require planning permission. If you haven't made any of the changes it should not be a problem.
